CLOSED: Election Day Poll Workers

We’re looking for people to help us on election day – Tuesday, August 7th – by covering polling locations. We’re looking for folks who can help reach voters who are going into polling places to vote, making sure they know about Tom before casting their ballot. Workers will be handing out material to voters as they pass by outside the polls, covering the polls from 7am till 7pm. Lunch and water/snacks will be provided, but workers are expected to bring their own chairs and sun protection, as well as dress appropriately for the conditions (rain/sun/etc). After the polls close, workers will be able to come by the thank you party for a free celebratory beverage.

Are you available for 12 hours on Tuesday, August 7th, from 7am to 7pm? If yes, send in an application!

Are you willing to spend the majority of the time outside, possibly in the sun and heat, handing out flyers to voters as they pass by? If yes, send in an application!

Do you have your own, reliable transportation around Detroit, River Rouge, or Ecorse? If yes, send in an application!

Workers will be paid a $100 stipend for their work during the day, in addition to the free food and drinks throughout the day.

If interested, please email a resume and contact information to Info@VoteChoske.com. Applications will be accepted until Saturday, August 4th.
